The City Council should cease to 5 Valladolid senior opposition by abnormal

A new order of the Board of Administrative Disputes Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Castilla y Leon (TSJCyL) completely upset the organization of City Hall. The resolution ordered the closure of five officers who are currently occupying senior positions in many other councils of Valladolid and ordered a repeat of some of the opposition by which they obtained their seats.

The case in question dates back to 1998 when the City Council convened five seats Technicians General Administration (GAD). The secretary of the City Council, Valentin Merino, served as president of the court evaluator.

Of the more than 130 dissidents who signed up to the opposition, about a dozen came through the third period in which applicants had to develop two scenarios. The first answer was how he had to make an expropriation. Here there was no problem. But the surprise even to some members of the court evaluator, was the second question: 'Design an operational model that will allow reducing the term of licensing planning to half. " The author of this question was the presiding judge, Valentin Merino, and although he cautioned that might not be correct because the matter was beyond the content being assessed, he decided to continue with the review as it was raised.

< p class = "date"> The order of the court coincided with the rise of two of them in the municipal ladder

Coincidentally, the only ones who answered correctly answer the second question and thus got the seats were the five people who now occupy positions in five services .Incluso ranked one of the seats that were reserved for the promotion Internal.
